In-Incheon

  1. Awesome, Cliff - Annyeonghaseyo!! Hopefully you’ve read, or at least heard about, MacArthur’s famous behind enemy lines 1950 Inchon Landing, which saved South Korea in the war! I hope/assume you’ll make it to the BIG city and, if there’s time, I’d recommend a tour of Panmunjom at the DMZ. It’s right across the line from the North Korea in a very stressful setting. Either way, enjoy some bulgogi and real ramen!! Back in the day, street food offerings I enjoyed included a bag of fried shrimp for about 100 won, which was equivalent to $.25! I don’t know the exchange rate these days but I’m sure that price is gone up as with everything else. Enjoy the rest of your trip and safe travels when you finally head home!!

  3. I’ve missed your pictures the last several days. Looks like no shortage of food or shopping. I hope you’re having a great time. I know you’re probably trying. Lots of new foods. Enjoy!
